At Last, Late Music Icon Prof Goddy Ezike Set To Be Laid To Rest
The Ezikeakukwu family of Umunwehi village Amichi, in Nnewi South local government area of Anambra state, has announced the final burial rites of late highlife music maestro, Professor Goddy Ezike.
According to the official programme released by the first son Chief Emeka Bon Ezikeakukwu on behalf of the family, the Khaki No Be Leather crooner’s funeral rites will commence with a christian wake on 11th January 2021, while the funeral ceremony takes place on the 12th.
Meanwhile, an all-stars musical jamboree night is to be held in his honor on 5th January 2021. This event is to be anchored by the Anambra State PMAN.
Recall that the late music icon was earlier scheduled to be buried last April, but the COVID-19 pandemic hampered the arrangement.
