Proposed Industrial Park In Amichi: Igwe Ofobuike’s Masterstroke – By Eric Ume-Ezeoke.

Anambra Progressive Development and Union is a Union that houses Anambra born billionaires. There primary aim is to bring development to Anambra State. Anambra Progressive has built three well equipped hospitals in Anambra State respectively. The hospitals are best of its kind.

Recently, Anambra Progressive Development and Union wants to build industrial park and terminal bound in Anambra State. This industrial park will accomodate about five hundred(500) factories. Therefore, they need about two hundred(200) hectares of land to establish this project.

Hearing this great news, many towns in Anambra State started lobbying for the establishment of the industrial park in there town. Many towns like Lilu, Aguleri, Ozubulu etc donated land free for the establishment of this industrial park but our noble sons High Chief Akai Egwuonwu(Ebubechukwu Amichi) and Chief Chidi Anyaegbu convinced Anambra Progressive to establish the industrial park in Amichi and they consented.

Now, HRH Dr Barrister Ofobuike Alphonsus Ezeoke(Igwe Amichi) was approached by Anambra Progressive to provide land on behalf of Amichi town for the establishment of industrial park in Amichi.

Because of development this industrial park will bring in Amichi town, because of employment it will provide for our Youth, HRH Dr Barrister Ofobuike Alphonsus Ezeoke(Igwe Amichi) designated Agu Agbo mmiri land for the establishment of this wonderful project.

Agu Agbo mmiri land is owned by late HRH Chief Umeorimili Peter Ezeoke and Eziama village. The greater percentage of that land is owned by late HRH Chief Umeorimili Peter Ezeoke which the documents are with us.

Since the land belong to late HRH Chief Umeorimili Peter Ezeoke and Eziama village, Anambra Progressive Development and Union requested Igwe Amichi to be the donor to enhance smooth agreement with them. Igwe Amichi agreed and notified President General of Eziama ASAP. The essence is to bring the development/project to Amichi first before any other thing.

The Industrial park will create more than twenty five thousand(25,000) employment which Amichians have right of first refusal. It will bring rapid development to Amichi. It will transform many lives in Amichi.

The Terminal bound is where every container coming in Igbo land will be assembled and opened before individual owners will begin to collect them. This will make commodities, valuables etc cheap for us to purchase. This is more than a welcome development.

Therefore, HRH Dr Barrister Ofobuike Alphonsus Ezeoke(Igwe Amichi) urged Amichians to join hands together and make this wonderful project a success.

Today is the official groundbreaking of the site by 1pm at Agu Agbo mmiri land.
